Michigan, indeed should be number 2, with USC losing. The only real debate was between USC and Michigan. With Michigan having the better record, and with their only loss coming to my Buckeyes, they are number 2. Florida is really inconsistent, offensively anyway. I didn't want to see a rematch unless I was sure that Michigan deserved it, but with USC losing, they are deserving. OSU vs. Michigan for National Title. Crazy huh?
The main reason for them not to be number 2 is the pro-florida bias. Nobody wants to see a rematch. Since the BCS was changed to include more human polling Michigan will get screwed. They will not be dropped to third for any reason other than most people don't like the rematch idea, and NOT because they feel that Florida deserves it. Any michigan fans that get screwed should root for MY Buckeyes to Destroy Florida, so you can prove your point of Michigan deserving to be #2.

Should they be #2? Yes.
Should they be in the championship game? No.
Both teams knew what was at stake two weeks ago. They knew that a loss would take them out of the picture. That was their chance for the championship.
Allowing a rematch is absurd. Yes, they are #1 and #2, but they shouldn't be playing again. A playoff system is necessary.
