Mexico desperately needs a middle class that is at least two-thirds of the population. To have 1% to be extremely rich and the other 99% desperately poor serves only the 1%. The middle class in America drives demand for all business goods and services. Both Europe and America have a long history of building a strong middle class socially and economically.

With all the corruptions and violence in Mexico, the country needs a better leader and government to calm them down and favor on their behalf to get the Mexican citizens better jobs and money. With better jobs and money comes less delinquents and homeless people which will result in less crimes such a stealing and killing.

As for the quality of life, better environmental policies and more health care can lessen diseases.

End government graft and the culture of bribery as a way of life in Mexico. This will only come about if the borders are closed, as open borders relieve enough economic and political pressure as to prevent the current system from being overthrown.
