Yes,almost all of them. But the games that go on the top on the DS cannot be used on the Game Boy.

Yes, you can. There is a "home" like screen that pops up when you first turn your DS on and it has you either choose DS or GBA I think. But you cannot play Game Boy Color games on it. Thought you probally wouldn't even want to for those games are extremely cheesy!

yep. You cam pretty much play all-system gameboy games on it. There's a screen to choose Gameboy DS or GB Advanced game when you turn on the DS.
