Well its defiantly a forgien body in your foot, maybe a tiny splinter off glass which needs to be removed as the area will get infected and later the blood supply in your foot will be poisoned.Get a pin pick the surrounding area where it hurts.Get a ice cube to make the area abit numb, then every now and again sqeeze the area, and keep doing this till you see anything and now and agin rub your finger over the top, then if you feel something pick it out with tweasers. If you have no luck you need to see a dr.Good Luck

You should go to a doctor, but since you cannot then get a container large enough to put your foot in. Fill it with as hot water as you can stand and then put Epsom salt in it. Soak your foot everyday, twice a day for an hour a clip. This should draw out any foreign objects. However, if it is something like a spider bite you could be in for something worse, so if after a week it doesn't go away....see a doctor!

I had a piece of glass stuck in my foot for 3 days awhile back. I couldn't locate it easily--it was a tiny shard, and I could only feel it, not see it. (You're lucky!) Get a pair of tweezers. Sterilize them with rubbling alcohol or a lighter. First using your (clean!) fingers, squeeze the bump to see if anything comes out. This will hurt, be warned. If something does come out, gently grab it with the tweezers and pull it out completely. If you don't see anything, take the tweezers and pinch the bump near the dot. (This will hurt even more!) If it comes out, follow the same procedure as above. If not, then whatever hurt you is probably gone and just be sure to keep the bump clean and covered.
Good luck!

I'd be on my way to a clinic somewhere to find out what it was.... god knows what it is! the fact that you're not feeling any bad symptoms doesn't mean it's not dangerous. find a free clinic somewhere or go to the doctor and ask for a consultation, explain you don't have the money at the mo but that you can pay part now and part when you have it. doctors took the hippocratic oath, they can't leave you hanging!

I know how it is when you can't afford to go to the doc. If you have a friend who has some type of medical backgroud (nurse, paramedic, combat life saver, midwife, etc.) have him or her look at it for you and see what is wrong with it. They might be able to help you out.
Liquid ambasol works great to numb the skin should they need to go in to get it out for you. Have plenty of hydrogen peroxide and alchole handy as well. there are special splinter pullers you can get to help get it out as well. They are flat, sliver things that are round at one end and have a point on the other. This will be able to dig it out. Most of all have a friend or two there to help keep you calm and still. OH and don't drink before you go pulling the thing out. It will thin your blood and make you bleed extra. I know how hard it can be to have someting in you and you cant afford to go to the doc to have them remove it for you. I had something in my palm for almost a year before I had a nurse friend help me get it out.

Soak your foot in warm salty water. Just add some normal cooking salt to some warm water - this should draw out any foreign objects that might have found their way into your foot.

Dig in there until you find something. Use a large sterilized safety pin, they are easy to hold. Of course I'm not a doctor.
