No and no. The organs to transmit & receive information between individuals invisibly, inaudibly, and... uh... unsmelled over a distance do not exist in the human body or in any other known organism. All communication is received via our physical senses. We can augment them with radio & other technological devices, but that just transforms the information to and from another medium we can't sense directly.

There are two big strikes against ESP.
One is that it is claimed to be able to work across any distance, through any barrier, even lead walls. And only cosmic rays can do that and we don't generate cosmic rays.
The other strike against it is that the people who really really really want you to believe it want you to give them money.
There is an old magician, James Randi, who goes around looking for psychics. He has a standing offer of $100,000 (i think) to anyone who can prove they are psychic. He's been doing it for decades. He describes two kinds of applicants. Con artists and people who just mistakenly think they can do something.
An example of the second set is a man who though he could preserve fruit with his mind by dehydrating it. Turned out he lived in a dry area and all fruit left out in the open there would dry out.
The one time "great" psychic Uri Gellar refuses to do a show if Randi is in the audience to see how he does it. Uri would rather refund all the ticket money than risk being exposed.
But I don't mean to sound preachy. I know everyone would like to believe in stuff like that. I used to. But I reasearched the evidence and I don't anymore. I invite you not to believe in it anymore either.

I have never seen it done personally, but I imagine that if you have the brain capacity, and the person you're communicating with had enough brain capacity, then yes it would be possible.

Yes! yes! yes! , I've done it once without trying. I was laying on the couch listening to the rain and I thought to myself, "The rain sounds good and I feel great, the only thing that's botherin' me is my little brother laughing on the phone." Immediately following this thought, I felt a tiny bubble made of my voice, shoot out of my brain towards my brother, he stood up and said, "Who called me." I told him what happened and he laughed and laughed.
