going to hawaii and am embarrassed to wear sandalss coz I have six toes on one foot. Should I wear?

Why would you be embarrassed about something like that!
It makes you different, love. I definitely think you should wear your sandals. It's like freckles. They make you separate from everyone else! And hey, that's a fashion statement that no one else can copy!

Most tourists that visit Hawaii wear what they're comfortable in. Some wear "slippers" - that's what we call them in Hawaii. On the continent I believe they are called flip-flops. Some wear sandals (not the same as slippers). From what I've seen, many, if not most, wear casual walking shoes.

If you're self conscious about your toes, wear something that covers them up. Check out the local stores to see what's available in the way of casual footwear. You might also want to think about what you're going to wear on the beach. Walking shoes would be out of place and you wouldn't want to go into the water with shoes on.

Personally, I don't think the majority of people would even notice your six toes. But, there will always be a few that do notice and call attention to them.

You can wear closed-toe sandals like these:

Not necessarily those specific ones, but that style. That way you have the look of a sandal but it conceals your toes more. Although ideally we all should accept our bodies the way they are, you don't want to spend your whole trip thinking about your toes.

Crocs are good, too, and they're great beach shoes. Wal-Mart and Payless have their own brand of Crocs-type shoes for a lot less money.

I do not see why this should affect you... I think its cute and not only that but you have one more tiny thing to offer for those that love and can not get enough of you!
Go to Hawaii and enjoy your self, wear your sandals and be comfy with who you are and what makes you unique to every one else out there!

Wear your sandals! Everyone does. I don't think people are going to be spending a lot of time counting your toes. If they do, they probably won't way anything about it. Remember, no one's perfect!

wear some of those garden shoes... you know, the ones they just recently came out with that's got holes in them and they're really light? They would serve the same purpose as sandals, but cover the toe. i think they're called crocs.

My toes are uneven and it's called some long B word.....but anyway I don't wear sandals b/c I am uncomfortable and I feel like everyone is looking.....personally that is up to you.

it is what it is, be comfortable with the way you were born, we all have some sort of defect, some can cover it and some can't, in this situation you can, but you shouldn't, why go to Hawaii and your not comfortable bcuz you have socks on and it's hot. Love you for you and everything else will fall in place.

You could wear like ballet flats or sneakers. You could wear Crocs. I think if you want to wear sandels you may want and operation.
