If you have receptive anal intercourse on a regular basis, say approximately 10-15 times per year, does it cause anal/rectal problems later in life, say maybe incontinence? I'm not talking about extreme insertion, just anal sex with a regular penis.

No. The anus is a muscle like any other and returns to it's original size and shape within a short period of time after having sex. You could have anal sex everyday and it will not cause any long term health effects.

No. Occasional receptive anal sex from an average-sized penis (6-6.5 inches or so long) isn't going to cause you any sort of permanent harm. So enjoy it!
Now, if you start putting other objects or start to increase the girth of the item being inserted, that may cause problems later in life.

Probably not... so long as it's SAFE sex (i.e. your partner/s use
a condom, well lubricated) and your bum is kept clean and, otherwise, taken good care of. From personal experience, I always like it to glide, not be shoved, inside me...
There's no 100% guarantee against infections or other problems in or with any sort of sex, but you can and should minimise your risk. Good Luck!

Yes. It can be very bad for your rectum. It can cause serious damage...not only long term, but right now. If you must, use lots of lube...and be very careful.
