i have 10 piercings, i did them all myself. no big deal cuz there nothing abnormal, but 2 days ago i got bored and pierced my cartilage and i was wondering whats the best way to care for it? ive pierced my cartilage b4 but idr how i did it.

Clean it every day, rotate it every day, and make sure your hair doesn't touch it. It could get infected.

I have my cartilage pierced and all I did was clean my ear and earring with alcohol everyday. But if your ear becomes infected and crust builds up around your piercing you might want to take it out.

clean and rotate regularily and keep hair off it, any signs of infection contact a doctor or professional good luck

Please get some help for yourself....see your doctor about that cartilage. Something is not right here sweetie. Boredom should not translate into piercing your body.

go to walmart and get some ear piercing cleaner, either that or saline solution.

with clean hands rinse it with salt water and dont wear fake jewellery, that would irritate it more.

some nice rubbing alchohol can clean it out good.
