Skip over the first few slices of bread when making a sandwich
or toast....for no good reason...other than habit

I always do this...even when the bread is brand new!

Yes I do. Bread is fresher where it hasn't been parted from the first part after it is opened. Air hasn't dried it out.

Always!! I use the middles for sandwiches, and the ends for toast, for some dufis reason.
I also like black coffee, and burnt toast.
When I eat my sandwiches, I eat the crust first.

i dont like the hard,oval ends if your talking about the long kind of bread

Never -I'll use whatever slices are next (if one is broken, I'll eat that another way & use the next slice).
