You are not drinking diet drinks are you. You know the kind with aspirtan or nutra sweet. It's also in most chewing gums.

Many people get migraines from that stuff. I know I do.

Are you sensitive to light or sound during these headaches? Do they last a long time? If so, they are probably migraines. I get headaches very similar to what you described and I am 99% sure they are migraines. (My doctor sucks and refuses to talk to me about my headaches for some reason.) They're probably nothing to worry about. But, do make an appointment to see a doctor so you can get on the right medication.

Good luck!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Have your vision checked, as having poor vision can cause eye strain, leading to headaches. From the symptoms you describe, it sounds like your eyes are the problem. Go see an eye doctor, as you may need corrective lenses or contacts.

You'll worry more if you listen to amateurs on Yahoo telling you what's wrong. Just relax and wait until you see the doctor. It's probably not serious.

Sounds to me like sinus problems or maybe you need glasses. But don't listen to me, listen to your doctor.
