for the 2nd time from the same guy.. i work at boston market and he has harressed me once and i quit and they asked me to come back they said the reason they couldnt fire him the first time is cause after he called me every fat name i in return called him the "n" word not that im racist in the slightest but i was so embarresed its all i could think of to say and they said he can sue them for it if they fired him so tonight we ran out of food and customers were standing there waiting and its his job to keep the line of food full and i went back twice and he's just standing there talking on his cell phone i told him people are just standing there waiting on there food that they already paid for and its just sitting there in front of him while hes talking on his stupid phone and he just looked at me and said "shut the "F" up you stupid B****,, and i finally said said to myself im not gonna work in this type of enviorment and be treated this way and walked out. would u have walked out

No. Don't' every let anyone stop you from making money. He has won. What I would've done was continued to work there, until I found a new job. Other than that, if he works like that I'm sure the customers are complaining to "high heaven" about the service. Secondly, you should have devised creative tactics that put him in a position to get in trouble, like call the manager in the middle of the shift and say we are out of food and I would just continue to harass the managers about petty things, until they got fed up and decided to come to some sort of work arrangement.

I wouldn't have gone back in the first place! There's a better job out there for you where you'll have co-workers who actually respect you and do their own jobs- don't go back to that place, no matter how much they beg!
Props for not putting up with it anymore- and good luck on finding a new and better job!

I would have walked out and I am pretty sure you can get a law-suite but save ur money. Lawyers are expensive. Just get another job and move on.
