It's against the law anywhere to sell burned CDs, you have to buy the music

If you sell a music CD, you'd better have the whole copyright thing worked out!

That means you have to get written permission from the performer, the composer, etc etc.

You can't simply download some stuff and burn a bazillion CDs and sell them. That is entirely illegal.
