Does anyone remember the name of this MadTV sketch?

It was a childrens show that was something about reading and a railroad...and the hosts were hippies and crap. It was funny

Yeah it had those two... it was like Reading Rainbow or Rainbow Express I dunno

Yeah, it was a skit with Nicole Sullivan and Michael McDonald. They talked about Gov't conspiracies and had this demented looking Uncle Sam on the show.

But, I don't remember the name of the skit.
