My boss smiles whenever she sees me .. she is extremely comfortable around me, she tells me about her family and she complains about her boss to me. She tells me when she is frustrated and she definately favors me. She goes out of her way to help me do projects and sticks up for me when there is a scheduling issue. She once talked to me on the phone for over and hour on her way home. Occassionally, I notice her staring at me from across the room or LOL... looking at my as*. Signs of a good friendship or something more?

definitely interested in you. just be careful - mixing work with pleasure can be very dangerous

Accept the friendship and leave it at that. Unless you wouldn't mind losing your job.

If she is your boss, then you're best to leave it at friendship.
