Pick up a couple of copies of Apples to Apples, by Out of the Box Games. A great party game that is silly, social, and most of all, fun.

Adults are often not crazy about games that are formal. But for a cocktail party, the mixers that I will give you links to give the people something mildly challenging to work together on and warm up to eadh other.

That's why they are called mixers as they are meant to get the group warmed up to each other and mixed together.

The Sandys Christmas Carol game is one that can be done by all ages and is made as a sitting down game.

If you search for bowtie christmas party games on google or yahoo you should get to a bowtieproducts site that will give you 4 new original games that will help make your nite fun.

If links work in the answer blocks here's the link

there is also some party giving advice you may enjoy.

My wife and I made up the puzzles and many people really enjoy them.

I hope they work out well for you

You have a fairly wide diversity of ages... I would suggest a game like Charades...

If you made 4 teams of 5 players, Cranium could be fun - and you could include different ages for each team - so they don't feel disadvantaged.

I like Cranium because it includes multiple types so everyone should be able to excel in one of them depending on their talents.

One major thing I'll say is you won't satisfy 20 people in that age range, some of them just won't want to participate, you might also try a few different activities to get them involved.
