Yeah. It could be for a certain reason like someone special not being there or you didn't get any gifts or it's a bad christmas. Christmas is usually happy but then again something can always come up. But your as happy as you want to be.

There are many people who feel sad during Christmas. Have a party, go to a party, "shake up" the traditions a little.. maybe have a Christmas breakfast instead of a dinner... put up the tree on Christmas Eve, deliver some gifts to a family in need (anonymously on Christmas Eve), call up an old friend or a family member you've lost touch with, and don't be so hard on yourself for not always putting on a happy face. Christmas is a very stressful time of year.

What you're feeling is actual regular for what you went with the help of. melancholy is immediately ahead after a seizure like that (your mind releases chemical substances at the same time as having a seizure, some can make you depressed after a grand mal or quite any form). numerous the emotions you're having now might want to be perhaps because of the phobia that you're going to have yet another one and likewise your mind attempting to re-assert itself. i understand the first time I had one, i change into the same way.

I think so, especially people who don't have any family. There's so much pressure to be happy during this time.
