I want a type of mixer that has different sounds on it, with the pads and you can touch the pads to make music. where can i get one and what is the best type of it

I think you're asking about two different things. Audio mixers used in sound recording/music production do not have pads that you touch to make music. They have audio faders and a range of mixing, aux buss and EQ capabilities. They generally have few or no sound effects and they do not have any sort of means of making music built in.
