Pros: UCLA won and kicked USC's bottom out of the championship game. Someone had to knock them off their high horse. Congrats!
Cons: There are none from my vantage point.

Pros: We get to see the re-match for the national championship That was only seperated by 3 points (Ohio State over michigan) Which should have been the national title game all along Because USC lost to a bad team (Oregon State) By more Points.
Cons: USC didnt Play a good game and could have been in the national title game if they had played to thier potential.

Pete Carroll blew it yet again on a fourth down at mid field. He cost his team the game with that bone headed play. It led to the UCLA fied goal. Hats off to UCLA, they deserved to win. Even if USC had won at the end, I still dont think they would be deserving of playing OSU. I think Florida is going to punk Michigan.

Pros: now we are going to get some respect from those sports' analysts/broadcasters and USC doesn't get to win a national title "again."
Cons: I don't see any. I just feel bad that we couldn't win the game against ND. That was a lucky game for ND.
