You've got to me kidding me. You are never alone in the world, ever. There is always someone else out there like you. Tons of people are lonely as teenagers, it's nothing new. I was terribly lonely until I started going out with my what would become my husband. I don't see the point of dating unless it's for marriage. But then again, I was a weird lonely teenager.

My area of friendship is very limited. I've very rarely had more than a few friends. But I wouldn't call this 'loney'. I also have a relatively full family.
The one thing that might apply 'lonely' is that I'm 19 now and never dated or anything close to a 'relationship' but it's not making me 'loney' and unhappy (actually I'm enjoying it) and I still have no intentions of 'going for a girl'. In fact, I have intentions of never doing that. I get really pissed off when people say the cheesy typical thing - That I will eventually.
My suggestion is don't look at it negatively - Be proud that you're one in many!

why are you lonely? You're young and have alot of things ahead of you. You've got to be kidding me! grow up and live a little then come back to me.

U we lonely b/c U felt U were different. as do many teens......and you were probably didn't know how to wear a mask to mix into the herd.....we all wear masks....some of us just don't realize it and as a teen U didn't know how to Not expose yourself b/c you just discovered your essence and you spent alone time getting to know "you"......the paths with great sacrifice are the ones with the most lessons and lead to potential success...however U create it.

i was sorta of lonely. i had only one really good friend in high school. but i'm not as shy anymore, and i have a lot of great friends now.

Nope. I was so shy in school, I didn't find a girl to get serious about until my senior year in high school, when I was 18.
