Dont know of a website, but if you live in the uk the royal mail does a santa service.
You have to stick on a stamp, and address the letter to :
Santa,
Reindeerland,
SAN TA1.
They should be able to get a reply to all letters recieved by 13th december.
Imagine your kids faces when they get a letter from santa drop through the letter box.
