How about something they can bring home to share; a nice pretty tin of biscotti (home made of course), a bottle of specialty cocoa mix (also home made). Or maybe something that is job specific that everyone can use; a pretty pen, note pads that are personalized.

My husband and I work in a large animal hospital, and have quite a few people that are probably expecting gifts. We decided to burn them some nice Christmas CD's, just 17 of our favorite Christmas songs, and put a bow on the cover of the CD. We're also baking some dog cookies - fitting for the vet hospital, but might be nice for anyone with a dog (drop me an email if you'd like the recipe - they're actually quite good!).
Hope you have some luck - this can be a tough one!

In the past, I've given people bees, chicks, etc... through Heifer International. It's really simple and easy to do. You pick an animal (or two) and give it in the name of your co-worker(s). You give the co-worker a card explaining that you placed a gift of an animal in their name, and a family or village in another part of the world gets the animal(s) that you picked. It's a pretty cool way of giving and something your co-workers will remember for a long time.

If they have ipods you could give them a gift card to get itunes. I also like to give movie passes. Starbucks giftcard is always good. For women a manicure gift certificate is good. If that's too expensive then just give your favorite products. I always give burt's bees chapstick and my favorite hand lotion. The best gifts I have received have been those things that the person giving them really loved.

I was going to suggest pens and pocket calendars, but if you work in a doctor's office, I know the drug reps have that covered. How about making some hand-made ornaments?

you could get them a christmas card and instead of putting money in it, you could just put like a $5.00 or $10.00 gift card of your choice.. or you could just go and buy like five different gifts and label them 1-5. then put the numbers on a small piece of paper in a basket and let them draw....if they dont like it they can swap. this is done at the nursing home where my sister works. take care good luck and happy holidays

give love to all of them not only on Christmas but throughout the year. How? just a simple act of caring and kind words and being there for them when they need you would be all that you need.
