i found this big gun somewhere in a alley so kick it near bunchs of newspaper so no one can find. what should i do?

Call the police, it may have been used in a crime. Don't touch it, they might want to dust it for prints.

Call the police and tell them where it is before some little kid finds it and there is a terrible accident. It may have been tossed there after it was used to commit a horrendous crime.
