Yes they can.
Cats need to be bred in order to produce the eggs needed to make kittens. So the first male who gets the female is not the father of the litter but the one who made the female produce the eggs.
In dogs I have seen a litter of golden puppies 5 little pretty pups and one that looked just like the neighbors german shepard.

Yes. Several eggs drop which increases the chances of a good size litter. Having more than one male that fertilizes the eggs in cats and dogs happens more often than not.

oh yes I once had a female cat who was a plain black house cat she gave birth to several kittens some were siamese (1 of my male cats) and some were persians (my other male cat) they are all gone now
