how do you make a PERFECT poster? i need to make a poster about rivers or lakes but i chose to make a poster on rivers......how would i make a perfect poster with the topic being rivers?

For a perfect poster you need at center of interest point. You need lettering all the same color, neat,
proper spelling, block letters, as little writing as possible.
Make a list of what is important about rivers.
Design that info into your area. Fill the whole poster.

You need to google "how to make a scientific poster". There are many web pages out there with tips and ticks on how to make an excellent poster. Pick and choose what might suit your needs better. My personal recommendation (and if you can afford it), would be to make a 4 by 3 feet poster, 4 columns, good title bar, 50% of the space to be used for images, graphs and charts. Use Corel Draw or MS PowerPoint. Have the guys at your local print shop print it on glossy paper, it will cost around 100 bucks.

you can use the latest version of the "Adobe Photoshop". its a designing software that enables you to design any sort of posters and banners as you like.
