I'm interested in working with babies, but I don't know if I could deal with working in ICU because I would hate to see all those poor babies in such horrible conditions.

Running a day care, working at a day care, being a nurse in the infant section in the hostpital, a nanny, and more

You could be a nurse on the Mother-Infant unit in a hospital. We pretty much get only healthy, term babies.
You could work at a daycare.
You could be a nanny.

Either in a daycare, or you could try hand at being a baby photographer

You could work in the nursery.. Doesn't have to be NICU... Or daycares are a good place to work

My daughter owns a day care . :The work is hard but very rewarding. You might like that.
