Count your calories. As long as you expend more calories during the day than you take in, you will lose weight. Most treadmills and ellipticals and other stationary cardio machines usually telly you how many calories you use so can help determine your input/output levels.
Running with a heavy clothes or a rubber suit will mostly only cut water weight, but if you want to reach 148 to wrestle 145 than you need to lose fat instead of water weight. Save that for the day before the match.
Also since you are cutting weight and still need to keep up your energy (for practice im guessing) make sure you eat healthy- lots of dark colored vegetables and properly prepared meats (meaning not fried).

Im a wrestler and i know what it is like trying to lose weight. The best way to do it is to eat low carb items at your meals and jog for like an half hour to hour before you have to weigh in. You dont have to starve yourself. Just eat a little less then usual and make sure you eat low carb items.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
