Match weigh piston(s) then with rod(s) suspended by small end with big end resting on a scale, add that weight to the crank rod throw then spin ballance the entire rotating assembly clutch to alternator. Just like you would do any engine.

This isn't something that you can do at home. It takes the right tools.
