Ask the pharmacist, he will be able to help you when you're there picking out a cream.

Well i dunno what sort of cream is recommend for a baby but today I've just been told i have dermatitis on my face (bad reaction to a facial cleanser) which is very itchy and I've been prescribed Egocort Cream 1% (which is a Hydrocortizone cream) but you need a prescription to get it (well in Australia you do), you need to go back to your doctor and ask for a prescription

don't use that....it doesn't work if it is on the lower half of his body give him and aveno oatmeal bath and use shea butter (pure not the lotion stuff) it works great and there is no chemicals in it. My three year old has had terrible excema since she was born and that is the only thing that worked.

Cortizone works well, or even cheap brands from walmart and other places, anything with hydrocortizone in it
