It's Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Human Needs. I used to have self-esteem issues too, but when I found this pyramid in my Health book one day, it helped me a lot. There's a lot of things you have to accomplish before you can be confident and content. And really, the only person that can help you bring up your self-esteem is yourself. If you tell yourself you're a loser, then you're a loser. But if you believe in yourself and tell yourself you're worth more than anyone can ever afford, then that's exactly what you'll be. :) It's all psychology. Don't ever depend on others to make you feel better.

Do not listen to that first answer, the boy's just rude.
You should try to find something unique that only you can do, or that very few people you know can do.
go in front of a mirror, look your reflection in the eye, and tell your self positive stuff [ex: I'ma strong, confident, unique person. I can do whatever I set my mind to, I can get past all obstacles......."]
Reach out to people. When you compliment yourself it's ok, but when someone else does, it can put you on Cloud 9.
Hope it helps.

You might try working on your spelling and grammar skills first.
