Oxygen is colorless (gas state), that's normal.

but Oxygen in liquid state become Blue.. how Oxygen become blue although Oxygen is Colorless in gas state?

Hi. Any substance is colored by the frequency of light that it reflects. Liquid oxygen must gently reflect blue light because it is a very pale blue. Also must have to do with atomic arrangement when in the liquid state.

Oxygen becomes blue in liquid form because it is just like water. It is reflecting the blue sky.

it is the light that it rweflects.

What we say is te color of something actualloy means the color of the light that the object reflects.
