Perhaps, but they're only half the hillbilly that hillbillies that live elsewhere are, because they spell their hill with only one L. Maybe they spell Arkansa with only one S.

I am from Illinois, where people say that we are hillbillies. I would say... it depends on the neck of the woods. I mean, like in some towns the people are really well educated, in others... well you know!
