Which album will be better between the two bands upcoming album?

Chinese Democracy or Libertard

sorry its a little long in the details, answer pleas.

Now I know that GN'R has already been workin nearly 10 years to make Chinese Democracy and some of you believe it'll never come out. Well basically, songs from the album have already been played in live concerts and so far I heard 5 songs from Chinese Democracy. They really kick-ss, and I wonder, you can see the videos in youtube.com

1. The Blues
2. There Was A Time (****)
3. Chinese Democracy
4. Catcher In The Rye
5. Better
6. IRS
7. Madagascar
8. Prostitute

There are more songs, look in wikipedia.org

Now the new album from Velvet Revolver is "Libertad" and we already heard "Contraband"

So if GN'R releases their album next year, it would be a duel between GN'R & Velvet Revlover, who do you think will win, also if you heard stuff of the new GN'R I would like for you to answer.

Velvet Revolver!!! Contraband was awesome and an unexpected treat. The whole disc was all growl and balls! Slash and Duff showed who really wrote the bulk of Gun's original music, and they took VR back to their punk roots. The guys in the band are still pissed off, both individually and as a group, but they are also older and wiser. Scott Weiland's vocals have never sounded better. I love Velvet Revolver's creative vibe and the band obviously has a strong work ethic. Contraband was hard and crazed and tight all at the same time. I'm sure that Libertad will be just as inovative. I can't wait.

Axl has been working on Chinese Democracy for 12 years, not just 10. As a band, Guns n' Roses no longer has that angry-yet-indifferent vibe that made them famous. It's been too long for them to still be relevant. If it ever actually comes out, which I still doubt, Chinese Democracy will sell more due to media hype than based upon actual artistic merit. The whole album has been created by an inconsistant series of studio musicians. And Axl is losing his voice. Chinese Democracy will sell based upon nostalgia and novelty, not because the album is actually good.

My money will go GNR because Velvet Revolver was good, but not as great as I though it would be. The Contraband CD was good, and though they released before GN'R, Axl work seems to be dominant and very gripping, though the group isn't really angry like punk rockers should be. Or fast paced like Appetite For Destruction. Then I heard the some stuff of Chinese Democracy and loved it. I hope both bands can rock out!
