The other fish in the aquarium are black skirt tetras, platties, and guppies, so I do not think he was eaten. He is not stuck in the strainer for the filter, and I looked under my aquarium decorations. It's a mystery.

look under your decorations more especially when you are cleaning your tank, it could be stuck like on a plant or rocks or its just hiding so if it is hiding buy a couple more corys and throw them in the tank since they are a schooling catfish.

Corydoras are schooling fish and are happiest in groups of 6+, so he may just be shy. Try getting a few more and see if he comes out from where he's hiding, which is probably just under/in a decoration or a rock.

You never know, he might have been eaten. Have you checked around the aquarium to see if maybe he jumped out?

Check the bottom of the tank really good. Their suppose to be bottom dwelling fish and with the color it may be just blending in with the tank.

i had a fish like that and mine wasent eaten mine was hiding comeing and going as he pleased yours could be the same way

ha, that's what happened to me when i first got my kuhli loaches, although i only have two currently, i see them every other day mine usually always go back to this specific rock pile- up where they seem happy...just give it a couple of days, you should be able to spot it.
