A good homemade card is always a good place to start. Baked goods also make great gifts if you're into baking.

Try to keep it under 10 bucks, anything more, and she would not be able to accept it (not ethical). Try boxed candy, a gift card, or make an ornament for her tree. Merry Christmas!

How about a card and a gift certificate to a restaurant or favorite store in your area or maybe flowers. I received a gift on year that was just a letter telling me she appreciated me being there to help her in her time of need. Good luck

Maybe a make-your-own Devils Food cake kit- unless she doesn't like cake.
You could take out a sewing machine and make a pillow or scented sachet.
Maybe give her something she is interested in. (Ex: if she knits, give her some yarn or knitting accessories she would like.)
