I dont understand how anyone in thier right mind would do what a stranger on the phone claiming to be a police officer told them to do, especially since no police would ever ask a person to strip search another, make them do jumping jacks in the nude, and perform sexual acts on others. I cannot comprehend why these people would ever believe a police officer would do such a thing, and why didnt they refuse to do the horrible things they did to the victim? Who I might add must also be out of her mind to comply with all the things these people told her to do without a fight. After watching the story on 20/20 I was completely shocked, they had video of the whole incident in the Kentucky Mcdonalds... and it turns out it was not the only time this had happened. I really cant believe average everyday people working at Mcdonalds could be naive and mindlessly obedient enough to do the things the fake policeman on the phone told them to do.... What do you think this says about those involved?

as i watched this story, my jaw just dropped and hung down until the whole story had been told. Initially, I thought the Mcd's manager and fiance were behind the whole thing... maybe that watching the surveillance video later at home would turn them on. Then I found out that some stranger, a complete stranger, really did call and those idiots really believed that he was a cop really did do exactly what he told them to do...unbelievable! As for the victim... when I was her age if they told me this cop on the phone wants u to strip because HE thinks u stole something, I would have said f*ck u, grabbed a big mac and fries on the way out the door, and never showed my face there again...on the other hand I know of some younger folks that are frightened and naive enough to do exactly as they are told no matter what. Everyone who walked in and walked out on that poor naked defenseless girl should have been given jail time that way they know what to do next time.

I just caught the last part of it on 20/20. I am very hesitant to believe anyone involved. It appears to me that they are all in on it just so they can all get a cut of the lawsuit. I predict it'll never reach the court room.

I watched that too, it was appalling and the young girl's answer was somethin like, I was scared and my parents raised me to do what my superiors told me to do. No way. Her parents are somewhat to blame too for not instilling in her common sense!!! Don't get me wrong, I have sympathy for this girl and I think she should win her lawsuit. How about that female manager who you could tell was lying, she knew what was going on and could have prevented the entire thing!

That story is just sick and sad. That a person would let themselves be subjected to something so degrading, and not say anything until it had been taken to trial, does not say much for her either. It makes you wonder at the mentality of people and why they can't think for themselves...

so they were duped. Don't you think they've been embarrassed enough without you making them feel like idiots even more? Yeah, what a way to add to the situation.
