I started by giving up sweets cold turkey. I started on a predominately protein diet. I lost over five pounds in three weeks. I was eating a lot of salad with chicken or ground beef with Kraft Free dressing, soy nuts, protein drinks, and protein bars.

You just stop drinking soda. You do some cardio and eat a lot healthier. You know veggies, salads light dressing, lean meats like fish and chicken. And ABSOLUTELY NO FRIED FOODS!!!!!!!!

Start drinking 3 bottles of water a day.... you will buldge out but then your body displace of that water and you will be thinner and sleeker!
