So i have a entire routine that works for me, but maybe 4 u.
1) Do something called active warmup, its basic running stretches
2) Drink a bottle of water, it keeps me hydrated
3) DONT THINK, i talk to my teammates about everything but basketball
4) listen to my fav. music
5) Stretch especailly ankles
6) shoot on my own...no1 else
7) do wutever my team is doing to get ready
8) PLAY
i would reccomend w/in 5 min. of your game gettin "in the zone" and just not talking, it really helps

Before a game I stretch, shoot around, and think about what I need to do in the particular game.

I play with aggression and anger that works for me. I play like I have to prove myself and like everyone doubts me. I play pissed off haha and I led my team in steals. I play with motivation beyond belief. I just think about those who have doubted me and my heart pulls though. well it works since I had 23 points in a critical game and hit the game winning 3 but everyone has their own way to dominate and thats up to you to find out.hope that helped

i visualize what will happen in the game, obviously stretch and shoot around. mostly i try to get my focus down, its not hard for me to become competetiveright away but it is hard for me to focus so thats what i work on before a game.
