How can you put the steering wheel down on a s2000?

Im about to buy a honda s2000 and im kinda short and when i got in it i couldnt find out how to put the steering wheel down

You can't move the steering wheel only the seat. I have a S2000.

If it were me I'd tell it "Well, you are just a steering wheel and you'll never be anything else. You are just so....... ROUND!" that ought to do it.
