It seems a lot of people that don't know all there states forget about my state(south carolina!) Lots of times people would ask me what state i live in and i'd say south carolina and they wouldn't even know where it was! One time someone even asked me if it was a real state lol! I tend to forget about some of the north western states!

I don't forget any know where most are located have been to about 18 of them desire to visit the rest before I depart earth here is a link that shows all the states and there location http://www.50states.com/us.htm very strange if in the USA someone would not know about the Carolina's after all there is N and S I like them both hey you have Jack in the Box there I miss that place last year we went going and coming back from Fla. if you are close to one please when you go eat some of those potato skins for me and a burger on the ciabatta bread no pickle extra onion:)

Nevada. If I tell people I'm from Las Vegas, they all know where that is, but if I would say any other city in Nevada, like Henderson, North Las Vegas, Reno, or something like that, no one would know what I was talking about. In Nevada, people generally live in the south around Vegas or in the north around Reno. There's not much except dirt between the two. Nevada is also the only state that Congress considered rescinding its statehood.

i dont forget about south carolina cuz im on the east coast, so a lot of my friends go there. i would say:
i tend to forget the mid northern west states cuz i kno all of the east coast and west coast, i seem to kno most of the southern and colorado, nebraska, south & north dakota, and wyoming i all went to for vacation.

I don't think there's any state that I ever feel unaware of, but there's some states I hear very little about. They aren't very prominent usually, like Vermont.
But I'm pretty conscious of all the states... and I'm Canadian.
