I heard this phrase in "Blood Brothers" musical after two long lost friends saw each other for first time and one of the first words one friend was "shag the vicar". Everyone laughed but I did not get it since I am not British.

it means to have sex with the priest. Since you can't because of the celibacy thing...it translates to Holy Sh*t!!! That's unbelievable!
