is E L F makeup good? i was wondering in case i might get some.

IMO this is one of those situations where you get what you pay for. I've tried E.L.F. and yes, it's only $1.00 but it has lousy staying power, an uneven texture but mainly, the color pay-off is very poor. This product has lots of filler that makes it go on lighter than it appears and it photographs terribly. I also found that the product doesn't stay fresh in it's container very long.
For a dollar, it's worth it but I'd rather save up $10 and buy a great product.

Elf makeup is worth a shot since nothing is over $1. I think their brush kit is worth it because it's worth buying brushes for $1 (their whole set is around $15) as opposed to spending $25 for one. I've actually ordered there stuff to see if it works. One thing you should be warned about, is their delay. I ordered my items 3-4 weeks ago and I have yet to get them. It's not like they swindled me or anything, since they said there will be a delay due to high demand, but if u need something soon, don't count on it.

E.L.F. makeup is great and shimmery, it's cheap too. I think it's $1.
