It depends on the betrayal. What were the reasons? Was it to benefit himself? Did he make you look bad? Is he sorry? Did he offer you a sincere apology? Accept it. Everyone makes mistakes.

Same happened to me... trust me, you are better off without them... or if you think that you can forgive and forget.. and the friend is truley sorry, then its worth it to make the friendship continue....
