'We can work out' by the Beatles is a nice and simple song sort of about that.
I also like the song "God only Knows" by the Beach Boys for that situation. It's a good song to show a person how much they mean to you. If I had a girlfriend and I wanted to share a song with them as "our song" I would've used God only Knows.
