i can answer how many times i get annoyed with other people and modern technology. Why do people go into shops earphones in ears or talking away on the phone but still think the person serving can read their mind about what they are in the shop for. rant over, answer lots

ask someone from one of those far away call centres how many calls they make in one hour + multiply it by 24.That should be quite accurate.
