Why is it that there are no little towns where the entire population is black people? I live in a little town where the entire population is white.

Also, why is it that when you get a bunch of poor black people together, crime goes up dramatically, but when you get a bunch of poor white people together, they don't commit crimes? In fact, they tend to band together for the good of the group. Why is this? Why is it that the poor black sections of major cities are extrremely dangerous while the poor white sections of major cities are not?

jmanty, you are being an @ss, which negates whatever point you were trying to make. You never answered my questions, you simply talked around them.

Why to questions like this make people so uncomfortable? If there is an all-black town, let me know. That would be really neat. I would love to see what an all-black town was like, if it was similar to my own town, if some things were different, etc.

As for the big city question, you've obviously never been to Indianapolis. The part of Indy that's the poor black part is extremely dangerous while the poor white part isn't dangerous at all. You could walk down the sidewalk in the white part and not worry too much, but in the black part, you had to be careful of what color your shirt was or you could get shot. You could get shot just for being a white person.

Care to elaborate on that? Or am I assuming that you wanted to be a smart@ss instead of insightfully answer my questions?

Wow, that's a lot of assumptions. Studies have actually shown that your assumptions about crime and race are not accurate. A study of Columbus, Ohio neighborhoods found that crime in severely disadvantaged white neighborhoods was similar to severely disadvantaged black neighborhoods. Other statistics show a similar trend.

As to why there are no "all black" towns, have you been to every town in the United States? How do you know that there's not some small town out there that's all black? It's unlikely that you would visit there since I would assume you don't have many black friends (see, how assumptions work).
