I am guessing that you mean cleaning off "cookies" on a computer. For Internet Explorer and Windows 98, clean them out by: 1. click on "Tools" at the top of your screen, and locate "Internet Options" on the drop down menu that appears. 2. The screen you are taken to should have tabs across the top, and you should see that you are on the "general" tab.
3. Visually look about halfway down this "general" screen to locate "delete cookies," and click on that button. That should delete/clean out cookies, but I always seem to end up with some not deleted, and I don't know why. To check for remaining cookies, and to delete/clean them out also, click the START button (at the bottom left of your screen), which will bring up, into view, a menu on which you can click FIND. Under FIND, click on FILES or FOLDERS. Type in "cookies" and press enter. You should now see "cookies" listed, if some remain. click on this listing "cookies." You should now see a listing of all cookies that remain (if any remain). If none appear, you got 'em all, but if some appear (many look like email addresses), go to "4" below.
4. Pull down the EDIT menu at the top of your screen, and click SELEcT All. All items should reverse colors. 5. press the DELETE key on your keyboard (If you don't know where this is, ask). Pressing this DELETE key should delete all cookies you may have seen listed. If they now all disappear, you have cleaned your cookies. End.
Note, I only know about Windows 98 and Internet Explorer. If you have something different, someone else will probably observe this fact, and give you directions for other operating systems, etc. cal

There are two ways of doing it:-
Firstly
Open explorere and browse to teh folder
\Documents and Settings\(Username)\Cookies e.g.
C:\Documents and Settings\Sunny\Cookies
Select all the files except index and delete all the files. Those files which cannot be deleted simply ignore them and delete the rest.
Second
Open your browser say Internet Explorer 7
Click Tools ->Delete Browsing History -> Click on "Delete Cookies"
If you are using Firefox then
Open the browser and click on Tools ->"Clear Private Data" and in the dialog box that appears, check cookies, uncheck the balance of the options and click "Clear Private Data Now"

How about this? A program that will clean your cookies as well as other useless stuff, uh? Well just download cleanup. You can get it from http://www.stevengould.org/software/cleanup/
I use it every time I log off. Never any problems. Do yourself a favor and get it now.

It depends on what browser you are using. But it should be somewhat similar to this:
1st = Click on "Tools"
2nd = Click on "Internet Options"
3rd = You will just have to look for where it says Cookies
4th = Click "Delete"
Hope this helps!

Trying to clean cookies just makes them fall apart.
If you want to delete them, just follow the directions above.
