Well, to answer from a mathematics perspective, given the assumption that you burn 410 calories per hour when bicycling (as you said), I'm pretty sure that someone of any weight burns 410 calories per hour bicycling at any speed.

Since that's kind of stupid, I'll answer it from a health perspective instead, cuz that's more interesting...as in how many calories would a 180-pound individual burn bicycling at 12 mph in real life?

Any estimate is, of course, highly variable, but it looks like an 180-pound individual biking at 12 mph will burn about 475 - 700 calories per hour.

An average 180lb person at that speed on a normal bike, flat terrain, no headwind uses 66 watts, or about 57 calories per hour on a well maintained road bike.

climbing a 2% grade at that speed or increasing the speed to 18 mph on the flat means 175 watts and 150 calories per hour.
