the ones with lace at the bottom r good if ur not going to wear boots.Boots cover it up so if ur going 2 wear long uggs use the one without lace.I wear the plain ones cuz they're really comfortable and u can wear them under shorts and stuff 2 keep ur legs warm.

Well, it depends on why you wear them. If you are wearing them to disguise your calves because you are a man, I think the lace would bring attention to your cankles. But, if you are going to the Gay 90's, i think, because everyone knows you are a tranny, that it would be a nice touch.
