Being gay has never been a crime in the USA as far as I know, but it wasn't very long ago that gay sex WAS a crime. It still is in many countries, and being gay itself is a crime in some places. We're lucky here that "sodomy" laws got overturned by the Supreme Court a few years ago. I don't understand... we have all of these things going on in the world that are actually BAD, like hunger and homelessness and war, and people are worried about two people who choose, as consenting adults, to have some fun or make love or whatever it is they're doing?
I'm pansexual too, and having been a woman who has deeply loved a woman, I know that there is nothing unnatural or criminal about two people loving each other.

Stupid people in massive numbers are bad enough, but when they're scared... Well, then it's just downright terrifying to see what they will do (or try to do) A lot of people, namely Christians, think that being gay or bisexual is a sin. To some people with strong beliefs, sinning is worse to them than committing a crime.
I'm always amused when I see politicians looking to make being gay a crime. Why? Because of what that would entail. What are they going to do? Go door to door and ask if anyone inside is having gay or lesbian sex? The whole thing just seems so silly to me that I don't let myself get too worked up about it.
I'm pansexual, which means I can, will, and have fallen for people of all genders and sexualities. I feel no shame for my choice to love regardless of gender. If others want to think that the things I've done are wrong- they can. But at the end of the day, it's my decision what I do.
And my relationship with my deity is just fine, regardless of what others have told me about my "sins." So I don't sweat it. It's a shame the whole world can't feel that way. Just live and let live. After all, if you're Christian and calling me a sinner, you should remember-
It's up to God to judge me. Not you.

Bisexuality and gayness aren't crimes. People in general aren't natural, as you stated. We commit to our partners for life (most animals don't do this), we raise a small number of children (no liters of kids here), and we fly airplanes and drive cars. Loving and wanting to be loved can never be wrong, and is the basic thing which makes humans good. Gender might matter more for some than others, but people should accept love instead of forcing it into one definition. As long as it is mutual, and not hurting anyone, no one has the right to protest it.

To answer your question, you need to know what is nature? I believe it is everything that God has created is nature. And the beauty of the animal kingdom is my way of answering this quesiton.
In the Animal kingdom, for many years we assume animals are all straight. But homosexual animals have been proved to exist in Lions, Zebras, Bulls, Dolphins, Dogs, and many other animal species. I saw a documentary on National Geo graphic called 'Wild Sex', focusing on this and other unexpected trends in the animal kingdom. For instance, gay/lesbian swans are known to mate for life! In another documentary that I also happen to see was shown on TV 4 about two years ago called 'Gay animals', discussed an experiment on a gay bull in Texas. They isolated the bull during the mating season, so as to make the animal desperate for sex. Then they released him to only 10 cows. As much starved and agitated for sex, the bull would only bully the cows but would never mate with them. They even tried to force it to mate, but would not work. Two weeks passed and nothing changed. Then they released another bull hoping the gay bull would learn, and as expected the gay bull would only try to mount the straight bull! Gay animals have been around for many years, but traditionally were only explained these animals are just confused! We know for a fact that gay/bisexual/straight is a pre-born and pre-determined (see my other answers).
Being gay or bisexual cannot be made a not a crime because it is natural.

Homosexuality was decriminalised in the UK at the end of the 60s, and it was removed from the list of mental disorders at the begining of the 70s. There are a lot of people who grew up in an era where homosexuality was considered a perversion, and hence retain their antiquated views (sometimes on religious grounds).
Unfortunately, there are also some (but thankfully fewer) homosexuals - who whilst acknowledge the unfairness of homophobia - seem to have no problem in expressing biphobia towards bisexual people.

the quick answer maybe the two born and became gay. With all the severe perspectives one way or the different, i might choose to grant my experience and perspectives, and maybe some added insights. i do no longer think the worldwide is black and white, incorporates human beings purely male and lady(from a actual attitude), etc. Genetics is the middle of what we are, i've got self assurance the existence of a gay gene or gay genes. Does this recommend having the genes might make somebody gay, relatively no longer. Genetic examples like very short mom with tall son, purely a fragment of Alzheimer's gene businesses advance the ailment, etc. those outcomes characteristic to besides the fact that if a particular gene is became on or no longer. Turning genes on or off can ensue in the time of finished existence because it form of feels, i think of maximum of them ensue on an identical time as nevertheless in the womb. So after asking the 1st question besides the fact that if somebody has a gay gene, the subsequent question is besides the fact that if that gay gene is became on or no longer. besides the fact that if it quite is, somebody might advance gay. the super unknown to me is that we've no concept what activates or off a gay gene, and how, the two by a pre-desperate organic and organic clock, or environmental stimuli, or some thing else. From experience, it form of feels that a gay gene could stay dormant for an prolonged time, and as quickly as became on, it quite is not vulnerable to be became off. So enable me ask you returned a query, do you think of faith can activate and rancid a gay gene? i for my area heavily doubt that. Can one born gay? specific, definitely, once you carry a gay gene. yet will the gene activate and you develop into gay? no longer inevitably. it quite is a developmental technique after a gene is became on. this could clarify why we've human beings filling the finished spectrum between thoroughly as we communicate and thoroughly gay. as far as all non secular anti-gay dogmas bypass, they are all SELF-SERVING. Intrinsically, human beings have an inclination to think of a approach or the different they are "extra constructive" and "above" others. This seems to be quite real between those die-no longer ordinary non secular anti-gay activists. this form of institutionalized faith is little distinctive from politics. for my area, i does no longer enable politics run my existence, nor my youngster's lives. thank you for analyzing, and you may touch me by using e mail with comments.

It was a crime for males to commit same sex acts in Britain until 1966. In Victorian times the famous playwright Oscar Wilde was sentenced to years of hard labour and his career ruined. Due to people being blackmailed for their"crime" the law was changed in 1966 so that 2 consenting same sex adults over the age of 21 could engage in sexual acts in private. Strangely, there was never a similar law for women. The legend goes that Queen Victoria refused to believe that women could get up to that sort of thing!

well, first off, science would support that being 'gay' is natural. so, it's safe to throw the 'unnatural' assumption out of the equation.
secondly, crimes are a series of regulations instilled on society by man. Ideas of what is right and wrong continue to change with knowledge and evidence.
as of now, there is no obvious crime against homosexuality. And opinions only define a person, so who really cares if people agree or disagree with a homosexual lifestyle that does not concern them.

No, being gay is not a crime, loving someone else is not a crime. I would rather love someone than hate someone, like some people, if you love someone of the same sex so what? At least you are loving someone. Love is love. Peace. :)
