Not only is she baring that pimply axe wound all over town, but she's done it 10 nights in a row. Could she possibly be spending time with her young children? Do you think "Fed Ex" could get custody by default? Those kids are going to need years of counseling after being raised by these two scabs on the *** of humanity.

I don't think Fed-Ex would be a particularly great influence either, somehow. Britney's public relations people should be slapping some sense into her. I've seen some skanky girls, but even they wouldn't go out with no undies on and get caught looking like that. She should know that she is going to cop criticism - she needs to grow up. As for being "a great mom", as someone else answered...how so? She puts the kid in the front seat, leaves them at home so she can party with Super-Tramp Hilton...she's a loser. I don't think it's enough to have the kids taken though, unfortunately. Poor little buggers..

A few bad nights out makes for bad judgment,but it's not enough to have her kids taken away.She is rich,she can afford the best attorneys money can buy.I think she is depressed over her pending divorce and wanted to have some fun,she just went overboard.

Ya know Britney has made mistakes, but as a divorcee myseld, so have I. I just did not have all the paprazzi following me. Atleast she cares for and loves her kids, and WORKS!!! Yes, she made a mistake, but I think she will have her kids no matter what!

i would say no cause she is like all of us she does need to go out and have a little bit of fun. look at her ex he is out getting wasted 24/7. so i would say NO. the judge would give her custody before he gets it

im not a brit fan. but who can blame her. all this time he's been parting and she was at home . now she needs to have fun to. besides she goes out at nite when the kids are asleep. the nanny stays and watches the kids while she goes out. thats ok
